In a small saucepan, stir together the beer, honey, and allspice. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and gently simmer, uncovered, until the liquid has reduced by half, about ⏱️ 8 minutes. Stir in the mustard. Remove from the heat and let stand until ready to serve.

Preheat an air fryer to 400F for a few minutes.

Drizzle the bratwurst pieces and peppers with the olive oil and season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Toss to coat.

Arrange bratwurst pieces and sweet pepper halves in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cooking in batches, if necessary.) Air fry for ⏱️ 5 minutes, give it all a shake, and air fry another 4 to ⏱️ 5 minutes until the peppers are tender and the bratwurst is cooked through to 165F internally.
