Set up your breading station by placing the flour and whisked eggs in two separate shallow bowls.

In another shallow bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, kosher salt, and black pepper. Dip each raw shrimp in the flour, then in the whisked eggs, and, finally, coat both sides in the seasoned panko mixture.

Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees F and lightly spray the shrimp and the air fryer basket with oil.

Arrange the breaded shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you might need to work in batches.

Cook the breaded shrimp for ⏱️ 8-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the shrimp are fully cooked and have a golden brown, crispy exterior.

While the shrimp are cooking, mix mayo, sriracha sauce, and sweet chili sauce in a bowl. Adjust the spice level of the sauce to taste by gradually adding sriracha.

Once the shrimp are done, drizzle the bang bang sauce over the golden brown, crispy shrimp. The shrimp are done when they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
