Spray the bottom of your air fryer basket liberally with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

Remove the bananas from their skins and slice the bananas thinly (about ¼-inch thick). Try to slice the bananas as uniformly as possible so they will cook evenly.

Place the sliced bananas in a medium mixing bowl. Add the oil, cinnamon, and sugar. Toss gently to combine.

Transfer the bananas to your air fryer basket and try to spread them out. It is okay if they overlap slightly, but they should mostly be in a single layer. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you many need to bake them in two batches.

Set the temperature to 350°F for ⏱️ 10 minutes. Use tongs to turn the banana chips over and cook for an additional ⏱️ 7-10 minutes, or until they have started to brown and crisp up. Be careful to not let them burn.

Transfer the banana chips to a serving plate to cool before serving. The banana chips will crisp up as they cool.
