Scrub and clean the potatoes, then pat dry. Poke them multiple times all over with a fork.

Rub butter all over the potatoes and then sprinkle evenly with garlic and herb seasoning and salt.

Place in the air fryer in a single layer making sure they are not touching.

Set air fryer to 400 degrees F.

Cook for ⏱️ 30 minutes, then using tongs, flip and cook for another 5 to ⏱️ 15 minutes (depending on the size of your potatoes), until fully cooked and a knife easily slides into the middle of the potato without any resistance.

Remove from the air fryer and let sit for a few minutes.

Cut open, then fluff the middle of the potato and serve hot with your choice of toppings.
