Air Fryer Baked Potato
The air fryer makes this baked potato recipe even easier! They bake up crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Pile on the toppings as you please!

Prick each potato 3 to 4 times with a fork.

Using a pastry brush, brush the olive oil evenly all over each potato. Sprinkle the salt and pepper all over the potatoes.

Set the potatoes in the basket of an air fryer, leaving a little space between each.

Cook at 400°F for ⏱️ 30 minutes. Flip the potatoes and continue to cook for another 20 to ⏱️ 25 minutes or until the potatoes are soft.

Remove the potatoes from the air fryer and let cool for 5 to ⏱️ 10 minutes.

Cut a thin slice through the top of each potato. Fluff the inside of each with a fork. Top each with a pat of butter and a sprinkle of chives.
