Boil the spaghetti
Spaghetti, 225 g

Bring a pot of water to boil. Add a large sprinkle of salt. Boil the spaghetti until al dente. Reserve a bit of pasta water before draining.

Sauté the aromatics

Add the oil to the skillet. Sauté the sliced garlic until golden brown, then add the red pepper flakes & bloom them for a few seconds.

Emulsify & serve

Add the cooked pasted to the pan, and toss with a few drizzles of pasta water until the oil forms a light emulsion and clings to the noodles. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve warm. Enjoy!
