Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.In a large bowl add in the bananas and mash using the back of a fork or a muddler.

Next add in the oats, peanut butter, cinnamon, maple syrup and chopped apple. Mix to combine.

Portion into tablespoon size cookies and transfer them to the prepared baking sheets. Flatten the cookies with a fork (the do not spread in the oven)
