To make overnight oats, mix the frozen berries, oats, milk, banana, chia seeds, hemp seeds and coconut yoghurt in a bowl or Tupperware. Cover and leave in the fridge overnight.

The next day, stir everything together again and add the fresh strawberries. Garnish with your favourite toppings – we love this with a drizzle of nut butter, some maple syrup and a handful of pumpkin seeds.
