In a large bowl add flour, yogurt, baking powder and salt.

Mix to form a dough ball, I find mixing with your hands works best.

Form into a disc then place on a lightly floured surface.Cut into 8 equal pieces.Let the dough rest for ⏱️ 15 minutes.

Roll each dough ball to 1/4 inch thick rounds.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a small skillet. Once hot add in naan bread and cook for ⏱️ 1-2 minutes per side. Make sure to keep an eye on it because they cook quickly.

Make garlic oil: In a medium saucepan add the olive oil and garlic. Cook over medium high heat until the garlic is golden brown.Remove from heat then brush on top of the naan bread.Sprinkle with kosher salt and fresh cilantro and enjoy!
