Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat until cooked through, breaking it apart as it cooks, before draining off any excess grease.

Add the lemongrass, shallot, garlic, galangal, cumin, turmeric, and birds eye chili, mix well and cook for ⏱️ 3 minutes.
