Put the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the butter beans and diced broccoli stalk and fry, stirring occasionally, for 4–⏱️ 5 minutes until starting to turn golden and soften.

Add the broccoli head and fry for 3–⏱️ 4 minutes until it begins to soften but still has bite. Add the spinach and stir until just wilted.

Divide the warm butter bean salad between bowls and top with a drizzle of the pesto and the basil. Serve with flatbreads.
