To make the compote, place the raspberries, blackberries and maple syrup in a small saucepan over medium—low heat. Cook for 4—⏱️ 5 minutes until softened. Leave to cool, then store in the fridge until needed.

For the overnight oats, simply stir the ingredients together in a bowl or Tupperware, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
